Non-Discrimination Policy
The Sacramento City Unified School District prohibits discrimination, intimidation, harassment (including sexual harassment) or bullying based on a person’s actual or perceived ancestry, color, disability, race or ethnicity, religion, gender, gender expression, gender identity, immigration status, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, or association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics.

Civility Policy
Maintaining an environment supportive of learning and free of disruptive conduct is important to the success of our children’s education. To further this goal, the district has established a civility policy. It is the intent of the district to promote, through this policy, mutual respect, civility and orderly conduct among district employees, parents/guardians, and other members of the public.
