The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) is a key group in SCUSD’s stakeholder engagement process. The input provided by the LCAP PAC informs the development of the LCAP, which in turn influences the district’s strategic actions and services to improve outcomes for students. The LCAP PAC meets monthly to engage in discussion, review data, and plan outreach to other stakeholders – all to support the formation of informed input/recommendations to the Superintendent and Board of Education.

LCAP PAC meetings are open to the public. Meetings are typically held on Monday evenings (exceptions may occur) from 6:00 – 8:00 PM in the Washington Conference Room at the Serna Center (5735 47th Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95824). Time is set aside on the agenda each meeting for public comment. Public comments are limited to 2 minutes per individual, consistent with SCUSD Board of Education practices.
