Eligibility

• Employment in a teaching position
• California preliminary teaching credential (multiple subject, single subject, education specialist)
• Completed Induction Application

Course and Fieldwork

• Employment in a teaching position
• Site based mentoring
• Self-assessment of the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTPs)
• Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) based on personal professional learning growth goals
• Professional learning, networking and inquiry in support of the ILP

Program Completion

• One hour of support provider support per week
• Electronic documentation of CSTP evidence, inquiry and self-assessment (Google Classroom/Drive)
• Attend Colloquium and Winter Seminar during enrollment in the program
