The District requires that you upload certain documents in order
to verify lawful enrollment and residency pursuant to District
Board Policies and Regulations 5111 and 5111.1, and consistent
with the Education Code. The District will maintain the
confidentiality of these documents. The district does not
inquire into or request documentation of a student’s social
security number or the last four digits of the social security
number or the citizenship or immigration status of the student or
his/her family members, and therefore please remove or redact any
such information that may be contained on these uploaded
documents. Upon the completion of the enrollment process, this
confidential documentation will be promptly destroyed consistent
with our District policies and Education Code requirements.
