The Sacramento City Unified School District is requesting RFPs from providers of Fresh Produce for the District’s Nutrition program.  RFPs must be received prior to 1:00 p.m., on May 24, 2022.  RFP must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked with the RFP number and title, and returned to the Sacramento City Unified School District, Purchasing Services, 5735 47th Ave., Sacramento, CA 95824.  Due to COVID-19 no in-person drop-offs of RFPs will be accepted. 

RFPs received later than the designated time and specified date will be returned to the bidder unopened.  Facsimile (FAX) copies of the proposal will not be accepted. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any combination thereof and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
