PG&E is offering 4-week paid summer internships to local students interested in being a part of California’s clean energy future. Applications are due May 22.
PG&E invites local area high school juniors to apply for a paid internship to explore career opportunities in the energy industry and expose students to a real-world work environment. Interns will work five hours per day for four weeks and earn $10.50 per hour. In Sacramento, the internship will run from June 19 – July 14 at American River College, 4700 College Oak Drive.
Join CLARA (E. Claire Raley Studios for the Performing Arts) for a two-week summer program focusing on the performing arts! Students will be introduced to acting and improvisation, guitar and drumming, lyrical dance, hip-hop, samba and more!
GATE-identified students entering Grades 2-8 can register online for a summer school program on June 26-30 at Phoebe Hearst Elementary School. The academic program will offer academic enrichment in reading, math, science and social studies and is a collaboration of the SCUSD GATE Department and the California Association for the Gifted.
