Youth Climate Summit

Sacramento City Unified School District (SCUSD) is partnering with Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) and the City of Sacramento Mayor’s Office to host our first ever Youth Climate Summit. The Youth Climate Summit will feature a full-day of programming that brings together SCUSD teachers and students who are committed to addressing climate change. The summit will be educational, collaborative and goal oriented, with the intent that each school leaves inspired and motivated to take action on their campus and in their community. 

Who: All SCUSD teachers and high school students are welcome

When: Saturday, October 12, 2019 9:00 am – 3:30 pm 

Where: SMUD Customer Service Center, 6301 S Street, Sacramento
