Technology Support Process Improvements
Operational excellence is a key objective for the district. In
support of this ideal, Technology Services is constantly seeking
to improve the quality and efficacy of the service we deliver to
our sites. Along these lines, we want to communicate with you
recent changes in practice.
- Support staff from Technology Services will schedule
appointments with appropriate site staff (Office Managers, etc.)
via Outlook to address individual items or groups of tickets.
Appointments reflect mutual commitment, increase the likelihood
that necessary resources/staff will be available and prepared,
and enable management to quantify workload volume, distribution
- Visiting Technology Services support staff will always check in at the front desk at school sites. Staff will sign in and out every time, noting arrival and departure times.
Please feel free to provide feedback at any time to further
inform our continuous improvement efforts. In addition,
Technology Services will distribute surveys throughout the year
to obtain your input.
