Interested in hosting a school-based COVID-19 vaccine clinic at your school site? Clinics are most successful in the late afternoon to evening hours to accommodate family schedules. 

A few providers are reaching out to offer this service, however this will take some effort on the part of the school.

• Willingness to provide vaccine to the community (1st, 2nd, and booster doses)
• Up to 10 volunteers will be required – school sites will need to recruit and staff
• Submit facilities permit for designated space date/time
• Provide access to tables, chairs, trash cans
• Promotion to school and surrounding community – SCUSD Communications Team will also promote centrally
