Per policy, please post or distribute ASAP as indicated:

HOMELESS RIGHTS FLYER: Distribute/Post– school staff, bulletin boards, offices, brochure holders, resource centers, etc.
** This document contains the flyer in multiple languages, 2 pages per language. Please print as 2-pg. flyers in individual languages appropriate for your school.

HOMELESS SERVICES FLYER:  Distribute/Post– school staff, bulletin boards, offices, brochure holders, resource centers, etc.

DECLARATION OF RESIDENCE-STAFF USE (Parent:ERH):  Distribute to appropriate Staff only (not for student/parent use).
** Used by Staff to identify enrolled students who are experiencing homelessness/housing instability. Staff will fill out the Declaration based on their conversation with Parent/ERH.

DECLARATION OF RESIDENCE-STAFF USE (UnaccYouth):  Distribute to appropriate Staff only (not for student/parent use).
** Used by Staff to identify enrolled Unaccompanied Youth who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Staff will fill out the Declaration based on their conversation with the Unaccompanied Youth.
