Processing Infinite Campus Parent Portal Requests at School Sites
To assist families with gaining access to Infinite Campus, school office staff will be asked to confirm parent request virtually over the phone to provide the needed activation (GUID) code.
All front office staff and site administrations have access to the needed code within Infinite Campus.
When a request has been received, please complete the following:
- Verify person is marked as a guardian of student and portal rights setup within IC.
- Confirm identify by asking demographic related details such as mailing address, cell/work number, siblings’ name and school.
- Once verified, send the GUID code to the email address listed in IC.
- OPTIONAL: the site can ask the requestor to email a picture of photo ID.
IF any of the information is incorrect within Infinite Campus, sites should use this opportunity to correct and/or update the information in Infinite Campus.
