Good Afternoon Elementary/Middle School Office Managers and Administrators,

We have approximately 35 or so outstanding applications to process where parents are missing a few items to complete their Open Enrollment Transfers which we should have completed by this Friday May 14, 2021. You can monitor these enrollment by looking at your Infinite Campus 21/22 enrollment calendar page. 

The next step is to move on to your Open Enrollment Waitlists.

We have received several calls and emails from parents who missed the cutoff date to complete their registrations. We have communicated with these parents letting them know that we would place their students at the bottom of the waitlist for the selected school.

With that being said those of you with waitlists should have them already, if you do not please contact Lisa Lewis. Lisa will be emailing those schools where parents missed the registration date thus requiring us to amend or create a waitlist for you.

These next steps are crucial to a support a smooth process.
1. Once you realize what student(s) you want to contact off of your waitlists please email Lisa Lewis and cc me FIRST with the student names.
2. We will then review the names for accuracy (comparing with our waitlists) and communicate with you the next steps.
3. We will discuss with you how we will communicate the transfer process with the parent as some of you have specific information that will need to get to the parents as well.
4. The Registration window for this process will be from May 20, 2021 through June 3, 2021!

Please do not send us your lists until May 18, 2021.

We will be providing these parents with a special web link specifically for waitlist students. It will cover existing student and current student registration requirements. If the parents are wanting to drop off hard copies instead (copies only NO original documents), they can come to the Enrollment Center Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM and use our K-12 dropbox in the lobby. We also have in person support Monday through Friday 8AM to 3:30PM (11:30 to 12PM CLOSED FOR LUNCH).
