Notice of Parent/Guardian Surveys Being Distributed

Principals should be aware that the District will be sending out a mass email tomorrow, September 11th, to all families and employees encouraging parents/guardians to complete a survey. Distribution of the survey is mandated by the California Department of Education. The survey seeks to measure perceptions of:

  1. Building relationships between school staff and families
  2. Building partnerships for student outcomes
  3. Seeking input for decision-making

The results of the survey will be used to guide the development of this year’s LCAP and we want to make sure Principals are given notice in advance of the survey’s distribution.
