All Kindergarten Continuance forms must be reviewed by Internal Audit. Failure to obtain an accurately completed form will result in a loss of the student’s ADA for the second year of Kindergarten. Please scan and email your completed Kindergarten Continuance forms to Karen Wiker at wikerk@scusd.edu by June 30, 2017.
