Just a reminder:
Please send information about ANY EVENTS (assemblies, picnics, parent meetings, sports events, events held on your campus by community organizations or community leaders, visits by elected officials or other community leaders, etc.) at your school for the Board Calendar and Board Communication.
Please let us know as soon as you know of a school event or a community event on your campus OR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR EVENT so it can be added to the ongoing Board Calendar and Board Communication. This allows Board Members and the Superintendent to look ahead and plan accordingly. Events are listed in the calendar documents for the upcoming week so it is important that information be sent in a timely fashion to meet the transmission date.
Remember to include ‘Who’ is involved, ‘What’ the event is, ‘When’ the event is scheduled (date and time) and ‘Where’ the event will be held.
