Back to School

All schools should begin to schedule and prepare for their virtual Back to School Night. Virtual Back to School Night should be held between September 7 and September 30.

Open House

Open House should be held between April 18 – May 6 (note spring break is April 11 – April 15).

Schedule

For both events, please use the following schedule:

• Tuesday – Middle Schools
• Wednesday – Elementary and K-8 Schools
• Thursday – High Schools

Please note the Back to school Night and Open House activities should not be held on Board Meeting nights. Also avoid holidays that impact your communities.

Please enter your school’s dates in the Google document located HERE by September 6 and confirm with your Instructional Assistant Superintendent.

If there is a conflict with having either Back to School Night or Open House on the day designated, please work with your Instructional Assistant Superintendent.
