Sac City Unified Changes Enrollment Process; Begins Online Registration for 2020-21 School Year
SACRAMENTO, CA – As the Sacramento City Unified School District continues to adapt to closures and challenges presented by COVID-19, the district has announced that it will begin offering online enrollment for its 2020-21 academic year. This online registration process for K-12 students begins this Monday, April 20. To complete the process, parents can now fill out web-based forms and upload all required documents.

Despite our current challenge, we look forward to helping shape the bright futures of our students – of our current students and those we will meet in the upcoming year. Parents can access the online registration portal by clicking here or by visiting our website at www.scusd.edu. This new process is mobile-friendly, and parents can use their smartphones to access it. The online system allows parents to upload all required registration documents digitally. Documents can be uploaded in PDF, DOC, JPEG, and other standard formats.
For those parents without computer access, hard copy forms will be available in Sac City Unified’s Enrollment Center lobby beginning April 20, 2020, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Parents can submit the paperwork in a sealed envelope in a secure box at the Enrollment Center. This paperwork will be picked up each Friday and processed the following week. Please note that the Enrollment Center and Matriculation Orientation Center (MOC) will be closed until further notice.
