Volunteer Information

To volunteer at the Dignity Health vaccine clinic please register at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/G67L6MZ. Once registered, Dignity Health will email all volunteers in the area to enlist volunteers for each specific event. The email will list the specific event, date and time and interested volunteers will fill out the link provided for that specific event.
