Luther Burbank student wins the 2025 Congressional Art Competition

Luther Burbank High School student Johanna Navarro's watercolor 'Golden Horizon' won the 2025 Congressional Art Competition! Her artwork will be displayed in the US Capitol building for one year. Johanna produced a series of beautiful landscapes in drawings and paintings. This watercolor showcases her fluency in color and her vivid imagination.
