Renewal Reports and Findings Published

In accordance with Education Code §§47605 and 47607, District staff completed comprehensive renewal reviews for Sacramento Academic & Vocational Academy (SAVA–SCUSD) and Aspire Capitol Heights Academy (ACHA). These reviews included evaluation of each petition’s educational program, performance data, fiscal condition, governance, and compliance with state and local indicators. Both staff reports were published on October 21, 2025, at least fifteen (15) days prior to the Board’s November 6, 2025, renewal hearing, and can be viewed on the District’s website.
