Facilities Condition Assessment and Facilities Master Plan
Facilities Master Plan

The Facilities Master Plan outlines the modernization of Sacramento City USD schools and facility buildings, many of which are over 50 years old. The plan is a living document, and it is reviewed periodically. It is important because it guides district decision making about the use of its buildings. The FMP:

• Analyzes the present state and future use of district facilities

• Bridges project prioritization with the equity indices

• Plans the development of future capital improvements
