Green Apple Awards

Submit a nomination to recognize sustainable efforts throughout SCUSD. 

The Sacramento City Unified School District is recognizing the sustainable efforts of our dedicated staff, students, and community with the Green Apple Awards. Each year, people throughout the District go above and beyond their daily tasks and responsibilities to help make our learning environments more green and sustainable.

Consider ways in which you and your school have “gone green” this year and submit a nomination form in any or all of the Green School Award categories listed below. Nominations will be based on each nominee’s accomplishments in various categories of sustainability applicable to their role within the school environment.

School Green Team of the Year

Green Educator of the Year 

Green Administrator of the Year

Green Operations Staff of the Year

Green Apple Awards have been suspended for this year due to school closures. We will return again next year!
