Dear Sac City Families,

COVID TESTING CONSENT 22-23 SCHOOL YEAR  

Please note that you must re-consent your student for Covid-19 testing using Primary Health this summer for the 2022-2023 school year. Consent is required annually. If your student is currently consented, you should receive a weekly message via email or text from Primary Health prompting you to re-consent. These messages will stop once the new consent is submitted. The process is very simple and just takes a few clicks.

TESTING HOURS AND LOCATIONS UPDATES

Beginning June 30, 2022, we are making some changes to our testing center locations and hours. Due to low turnout and site access issues, we will be closing our testing center at Albert Einstein Middle School for the duration of summer.

We are also changing our Serna Center hours to open and close earlier to accommodate our weekly Covid-19 and IZ vaccination clinic (these clinics will run from 4 to 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays). Please see below for our updated Serna Center testing clinic hours.

SUMMER MATTERS TESTING

Covid-19 testing will be available for students and staff at SCUSD summer programs during program hours.
