Sac City Unified is in the process of finalizing our Facilities Master Plan (FMP) and is looking for feedback from our community. We are holding five community meetings on Zoom between August 3-12 for Sac City Unified families, staff and community members to learn about the draft FMP and offer input. 

What is the Facilities Master Plan

The Facilities Master Plan is a strategic 10-year planning document that consists of a thorough facilities assessment of 93 campuses. It also contains energy audits of each facility, design standards to support the District’s educational goals, and an equity driven index that will guide the District in planning and prioritizing capital improvement projects over the next decade. The equity index looks at student needs and District’s LCAP goals, neighborhood needs, and current facilities conditions to help prioritize future projects for Measure H. Measure H is a 750 Million Dollar General Obligation Bond that was passed by the Sac City Unified community during the March 3, 2020 elections. 

Virtual Community Meetings

Sac City Unified wants to share the draft FMP with the community to gain input and feedback as we begin to finalize it.  Our goal is to obtain maximum participation from the community, which allows us to gather a quantitative sampling of community input and feedback.

Sac City Unified and its partners are hosting virtual community meetings on the following dates and times. The District encourages all members of the SCUSD community to join staff as they present the draft FMP and seek input.

El Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de Sacramento está en el proceso de finalizar nuestro Plan Maestro de Instalaciones (FMP por sus siglas en inglés) y está buscando comentarios de nuestra comunidad. Estamos llevando a cabo cinco reuniones comunitarias por Zoom entre el 2 y el 12 de agosto para que las familias, el personal y los miembros de la comunidad del Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de Sacramento aprendan sobre el borrador del FMP y ofrezcan comentarios. 

Que es el Plan Maestro de Instalaciones

El Plan Maestro de Instalaciones es un documento estratégico de planificación de 10 años que consiste en una evaluación exhaustiva de las instalaciones de 93 campus. También contiene auditorías de energía de cada instalación, estándares de diseño para apoyar las metas educativas del Distrito, y un índice impulsado por la equidad que guiará al Distrito en la planificación y priorización de proyectos de mejora de capital durante la próxima década. El índice de equidad analiza las necesidades de los estudiantes y las metas del LCAP del Distrito, las necesidades del vecindario y las condiciones actuales de las instalaciones para ayudar a priorizar proyectos futuros para la Medida H. La Medida H es un Bono de Obligación General de 750 Millones de Dólares que fue aprobado por la comunidad del Distrito Escolar Unificado de la Ciudad de Sacramento durante las elecciones del 3 de marzo del 2020.

El Distrito Escolar Unificado de la Ciudad de Sacramento quiere compartir el borrador del FMP con la comunidad para obtener información y comentarios a medida que comenzamos a finalizarlo.  Nuestro objetivo es obtener la máxima participación de la comunidad, lo que nos permite recopilar una muestra cuantitativa de los aportes y comentarios de la comunidad.

參加虛擬社區會議學習我們設施場所的總體規劃

Sac City Unified 正處理把我們設施場所的總體規劃 (FMP) 最終確定下來，並正尋求我們社區的反饋。在8月2日至12日期間，我們將舉行五次Zoom網上社區會議，供Sac City Unified家庭、員工和社區成員學習FMP草案並提供意見。

Học Khu Sac đang trong quá trình hoàn thiện Kế Hoạch Tổng Thể Cơ Sở Vật Chất (FMP) và đang tìm kiếm sự phản hồi của cộng đồng chúng ta.  Chúng tôi sẽ tổ chức năm buổi họp cộng đồng trực tuyến trên Zoom trong thời gian từ ngày 2 -12 tháng 8 cho các gia đình, nhân viên, và cộng đồng Học Khu Sac, tìm hiểu về bản dự thảo FMP và đóng góp ý kiến.    

Kế Hoạch Tổng Thể Cơ Sở Vật Chất là gì

Kế Hoạch Tổng Thể Cơ Sở Vật Chất là một tài liệu kế hoạch ưu thế 10 năm bao gồm việc đánh giá cơ sở vật chất của 93 trường.  Nó cũng bao gồm việc kiểm toán nguồn năng lượng tại mỗi cơ sở vật chất, thiết lập các tiêu chuẩn để hỗ trợ các mục tiêu giáo dục của Học Khu, và một chỉ số công bằng sẽ hướng dẫn Học Khu để lập kế hoạch và ưu tiên các dự án cải thiện nguồn vốn trong thập kỷ tới.  Chỉ số công bằng nhìn vào các nhu cầu của học sinh và các mục tiêu LCAP của Học Khu, các nhu cầu khu dân cư, và điều kiện của các cơ sở vật chất hiện tại để giúp ưu tiên các dự án trong tương lai cho Biện Pháp H.  Biện Pháp H là một trái phiếu về Bổn Phận Chung trị giá 750 triệu đô la đã được cộng đồng Học Khu Sac bỏ phiếu thông qua ngày 3 tháng 3 năm 2020

Các Buổi Họp Cộng Đồng Trực Tuyến

Học Khu Sac muốn chia sẻ bản dự thảo FMP với cộng đồng để nhận được ý kiến đóng góp và phản hồi khi chúng tôi bắt đầu hoàn thiện nó.  Mục tiêu của chúng tôi là nhằm thu hút tối đa sự tham gia của cộng đồng, để cho phép chúng tôi thâu thập được một mẫu định lượng về ý kiến đóng góp và phản hồi của cộng đồng.

Học Khu Sac và các đối tác sẽ tổ chức các buổi họp cộng đồng trực tuyến trong các ngày và thời gian như sau.  Học Khu khuyến khích tất cả mọi người trong cộng đồng SCUSD tham gia với nhân viên khi họ trình bày bản dự thảo FMP và tìm kiếm những ý kiến đóng góp.
