Hiram Johnson students take top spots in criminal justice skills competition
Two Hiram Johnson High School Law Academy students won first and second places in the California Criminal Justice Skills USA competition. Adrian Morales placed first and Jacob Lee placed second. Adrian will advance to the national completion in Louisville, KY scheduled for June 19-23.
The SkillsUSA Championships will feature more than 5,600 career and technical education students who have all won state contests. The state champions will compete in hands on events in 100 different trade, technical and leadership events. The competitions are run with the assistance of industry, trade association and labor organizations.
