This summer, high school students had the opportunity to request a letter grade they received in the 2020-2021 school year be changed to a Pass/No Pass grade as part of Assembly Bill 104. The grade change deadline was extended by Assembly Bill 167 last week. 

High school students who did not request a grade change this summer, now have another opportunity to do so using one of the methods outlined below. 

The extended deadline for both methods is October 16, 2021. 

1) Print and fill out the paper application (download PDF in English, Español / Spanish, Hmoob / Hmong, 中文 / Chinese and Tiếng Việt / Vietnamese) and mail it to:

The district will change the student’s transcript and notify families of the grade change within 15 days of receiving the change request.

Este verano, los estudiantes de preparatoria tuvieron la oportunidad de pedir que una calificación de letra que recibieron durante el año escolar 2020-2021 fuera cambiada a una calificación de aprobado/reprobado como parte del Proyecto de Ley de la Asamblea 104. El plazo para poder cambiar la calificación fue prolongado por el Proyecto de Ley de la Asamblea 167 la semana pasada. 

Los estudiantes de preparatoria que no solicitaron hacer el cambio de calificación este verano, ahora tienen otra oportunidad de hacerlo utilizando uno de los métodos descritos a continuación. 

El plazo prolongado para ambos métodos es el 16 de octubre del 2021.

Kéo Dài Thời Hạn Chót để Thay Đổi Điểm Đạt/Không Đạt năm học 2020-2021

Mùa hè này, các học sinh trung học có cơ hội yêu cầu một điểm bằng chữ mà họ nhận trong năm học được thay đổi thành điểm Đạt/Không Đạt như một phần của đạo luật Assembly Bill 104.  Thời hạn chót được kéo dài để thay đổi điểm bởi đạo luật Assembly Bill 167 vào tuần trước. 

Các học sinh trung học không yêu cầu thay đổi điểm vào mùa hè này, hiện có một cơ hội nữa để làm điều đó bằng cách sử dụng một trong các phương pháp được nêu ra bên dưới.
