SCUSD is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic on:
November 2, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Color Health will be offering Moderna for 6 months and older and
boosters for both Moderna and Pfizer at the clinic.
Vaccination is available for anyone 5 and up. Parental consent is
required. Multiple minors may be accompanied by one adult 18
years or older.
