A SAC Member is one of four members chosen from each class level
(i.e. freshmen, sophomore, junior and senior) to be a
representative from the school’s Youth Congress. He/She is a
highly visible student from the school site that works to ensure
youth input and participation in decision-making processes.
The SAC Executive Board has eight positions, five of which are
elected and three are appointed. The elected positions are:
Student Board Member, President, Vice President, Secretary and
Treasurer. The appointed positions are selected by the
incoming SAC Board, they are: Marketing, Communications and
Historian.

work in partnership with Sacramento City Unified School District
(SCUSD) administration and the SCUSD Board of Education to
collaborate on school site and district-wide policy and
