Language—Staff Development Program 2001–2002
Contract
language from the Letter of Agreement between the District and SCTA
regarding Staff Development requirements for all certificated staff.
Highlights
include the following points:
- Certificated
staff have from July 1, 2001 to March 31, 2002 to complete the
required 18/24 hours of staff development for the 2001–2002
school year. Credit can
only be earned at activities that have been pre-approved by
the site administrator AND the Staff Development Office.

Section
5.2.5 of the Letter of Agreement Language addresses additional
information about make-up sessions and the ability to dock an
individual’s pay if the hours are not completed.
