Dear Parents/Guardians, 

Every four years, the California Department of Education – Division of Special Education, reviews school districts to determine their implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA).  The Sacramento City Unified School District is currently starting the process of the self review to examine its compliance in meeting the needs of students receiving Special Education services. 

The state and the district both feel that it is important to gather as much input from parents/guardians as possible.  Below is a parent survey that will help the district in its’ review process.  We would appreciate it if you would take a moment to respond to the survey attached.   Please return the survey to your child’s teacher.
