The Serna Center is centrally located
and provides a one stop service for parents and employees. Among the
features are:

Personnel, payroll and other services in one combined, easy-to-find
area.
Parent Support Center.
Parent assistance with enrollment processes and how to help their
students succeed in school.
Teacher/Staff Support Center.
Materials lab, curriculum services and professional library open and
staffed to provide access for teachers and others during convenient
hours.
Student Attendance Review Board
(SARB) and Behavior and Placement Office.
Meeting rooms and a reception area for parents attending behavior and
placement meetings.
Parks and Recreation.
The city is leasing space in the building and is a partner in
promoting joint use of facilities and services.
Parking.
Ample free parking for visitors and employees.
Meeting Rooms.
Large community room available for community organizations and
groups as well as district personnel. Many smaller meeting rooms and
conference rooms will also be available in the building.
Training Rooms.
Staff development training rooms for teachers, principals and
classified staff and two computer training rooms.
Cafeteria.
A full service cafeteria with outdoor tables will be open during the
day.
