Student Uniform Exemptions

Description

A student’s parent/guardian may request an exemption to participate in a school’s uniform dress code by making a request to the principal and a written request to the SFSS director.

Application Process

Parent to complete the Student Uniform Exemption Form after meeting with the school principal.  If an agreement cannot be reached, the parent submits the written request to the director of Student & Family Support Services Dept.
