For Department and School Site Administrators.

With Summer School just around the corner, Human Resource Services would like to share with you the Summer School Process to Request for Summer School Job Postings and to Request for Approved Summer School Substitutes. For those school sites and departments holding summer school this Summer 2017, please review the attached Summer School Process document and complete and submit the following documents accordingly.

For Summer School Postings and Per Diem Requisitions

Request for Summer School Job Postings:  Please complete the PSL-F190 and email your request to Clarissa Ramirez prior to Friday, March 31, 2017 for vacancies to be posted by mid-April or earlier. For Summer School Substitutes

Request for Summer School Certificated and Classified Substitutes:  Please complete the PSL-F190-SUB form and email your request Bobbie Jo Argo, no later than Friday, May 5th.  (Please note: The selected summer substitutes MUST work a Minimum of (1) One Day during the Summer Session.)  If you should have any questions, please contact Bobbie Jo Argo, Personnel Technician Substitute Services, (916) 643-9493,
