SECC is a collaborative effort of the K-20 education community all working together toward this mission.

Grants cover studio equipment, field kits and post-production equipment. Districts and school sites do need to assist with installation, facilities, maintenance, program and curriculum development, ongoing program support and matching funds. Schools are also expected to regularly contribute programming to educational channels and participate in the SEVA competition each year.
