New Regulations on Food Sold to Students Take Effect July 1
New state and federal regulations that severely restrict the kinds of food that can be sold to students on campuses — including food sold to raise funds — go into effect on July 1.
To help principals begin to spread the word to parents and student groups, the Healthy Foods Task Force has created a flyer and talking points, attached here. Translated versions are coming and will be posted.
