Attention: Master Schedulers

Technology Services would like to invite you to a Schedule Process Overview meeting for the Middle School, K-8, High School master schedulers. There will be two sessions in Training Room B at the Serna Center. Attendees only need to attend one session.

Tuesday, January 17, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm
Wednesday, January 18, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm

In this meeting, schools will be given a high level overview and explanation on how scheduling works using Infinite Campus, the steps needed and prep work necessary. This will be not a training, but an opportunity for schools to understand scheduling in Campus as well as ask questions.

There will be follow up webinar training sessions offered in February through the end of the year on the specific areas of scheduling such as the Request Process, Course/Staff Planning and the Schedule Wizard. Of those offered sessions, schools may attend the sessions they feel are appropriate for how their particular school handles student scheduling.
