District Launches Field Test of Online Registration System

On April 7, 2017, the district launched an online registration system that allows parents and guardians to fill out new student registration applications from any web-enabled home computer or from a kiosk located at the central Enrollment Center.

The online registration system will initially be launched as a field test through May 1, 2017. During this field test, registration is functional for the 2016-17 school year and enhancements may intermittently be implemented while the district refines the system or addresses bugs that may arise.

Online registration is intended to streamline the registration process, reduce errors and save time to both applicants and district staff.

The online registration process requires two steps:

  1. Guardians complete the application online. Registration is for families that have a student that will be new to the district.
  2. Guardians then bring the required enrollment documents to an enrollment center for expedited completion of the enrollment process.
