2018-19 SPSA Update
The SPSA template for the 2018-19 school year is now available in your school account on Document Tracking Services (DTS). The 2017-18 template remains online and accessible for changes to your current year plan and the completion of the required Annual Evaluation. Resources to help with goal setting and fund allocation are linked below.
The 2018-19 template includes these updates:
- Removal of NCLB/Program Improvement prompts
- Streamlined data pages and added visualizations from the California School Dashboard
- Elimination of the funding source LCFF S/C as it is replaced by LCFF Low Income and LCFF EL
The revised SPSA due date is April 30. School Site Council must approve the 2018-19 SPSA before submission, and their vote must be recorded in the SSC minutes.
Between April 30 and May 15, district staff will review the SPSA online for compliance with use of funds, SSC composition and alignment with the district’s LCAP goals and metrics. Minor adjustments may be required before the plans are submitted to the Board of Education for approval.
