Principal Bulletin Lisa Hayes Informational

The 2016-17 Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) template is now available on the Document Tracking System website.

The template for your respective schools is pre-populated with student performance data as well as Title I and LCFF allocations.

One slight addition to the template this year: Every SPSA must include an alignment of the plan to Local Education Agency (LEA) Plan Performance Goals. On the SPSA section “Planned Improvements in Student Performance Goal,” there is an additional pull-down with the Performance Goal choices.

SPSAs should be submitted through channels to your Area Assistant Superintendent no later than March 31, 2016. Staff will review during the month of April, 2016 with submission to the Board of Education for adoption no later than June 23, 2016. The timeline is attached.

If you have questions about access to DTS, please contact Robin Martin, Director of Assessment, Research and Evaluation. For questions about Title I, please contact Lisa Hayes, Director of State and Federal Programs. Questions about LCFF should be directed to Cathy Morrison, LCAP/SPSA Coordinator.
