May 30, 2014 (Sacramento): The public is invited to learn about Health Professions High School at a showcase on Monday (June 2) co-sponsored by UC Davis Health System.

Admission to the Jaguar Community Showcase is free and includes a Health Professions backpack and UC Davis Health System giveaways. The event will include student performances, a talent show, student presentations, a Sacramento State panel on “College Life,” UC Davis Health System and Sacramento City College booths, and food.

Health Professions is one of several small SCUSD high schools dedicated to Linked Learning – “linking” students to a career field through unique courses, field trips, mentorships and internships. For more information, visit www.hphsjaguars.com.
