- Review Charter Administrative Regulations, Board Policies,
and Resolutions prior to submitting a petition
- Petitions must be delivered to the Office of the
Superintendent
- Petitions must be submitted between September 1 and March 1
to begin operations for the following school year
- Public Hearing will be held no later than 30 days after
petition submission
- Board Action will be held no later than 60 days after
petition submission, provided, however, that the date be extended
for an additional 30 days upon written mutual agreement
- Petitioners must submit one (1) printed copy of the charter
school petition and one (1) electronic copy on CDROM or flash
drive
