Early Head Start Infant/Toddler Programs
Early Head Start Home-based
This is a free program to income eligible families. Families are visited once a week for 1 ½ hours with the focus on parents as the child’s most important teacher. Parents also participate in twice monthly group socialization activities.
Early Head Start Combination
This is a free program to income eligible families. Child care is provided one day per week for Independent Study students with home visits twice per month.
Early Head Start/State Center-based
This is a free or reduced cost program based on family size and income. This option is for families that are working, in school, incapacitated or seeking employment. Families may receive up to 8 hours of child care services based on the parent’s documented need.
