Our goal at Albert Einstein Middle School is to create a happy, comfortable, and safe learning environment that focuses on student achievement through quality instruction and mutual support. Adults nurture students by creating open, trusting relationships, and encouraging their best performance each and every day, in each and every class. The school reflects a positive and sincere focus on academics, and individual responsibility for learning. Students show school pride by significantly shaping a positive climate and culture. Our pristine campus is personalized with student work, enhanced by recognition banners, and beautified with flowers and trees planted by students. Steadily, our goal has become a tangible reality to everyone in the school community.
We are proud members of the Rosemont Community within the County of Sacramento. As successful members of the larger community, we demonstrate character that is based upon knowledge, respect, responsibility, self-control and caring. This requires intimate knowledge of the community which we serve, together with our students’ needs, both personal and academic. We understand that students need to succeed not only in middle school, but also in the challenging world they will soon contribute to as adults.

Students at Albert Einstein experienced a rigorous curriculum developed to support the California State Standards. Courses include: Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, Physical Education, and an elective program that includes Visual Arts, Band, Orchestra, Computers, TV/Productions, Journalism, Leadership, Accelerated Reading, Speech/Drama, Debate, and Arts & Hobbies. Honors courses are offered in Language Arts, Algebra, Geometry, Science, and Social Studies. Intervention programs are offered in Language Arts and Mathematics. The English Language Learners curriculum is High Point and Special Educations students are aligned to the standards curriculum offered within each Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, and Science.
After school programs include PASSage, Science Club, Technology Club, Mathletes, Geography Bee, Spelling Bee, Speech/Drama, and Debate activities, Yearbook/Newspaper activities, Arts/Hobbies activities, National Junior Honor Society, Leadership Class activities, and a comprehensive math tutoring program. Sports include basketball, softball, track, golf, and soccer. Our student athletes compete against teams within the City of Sacramento School District.
The staff at Albert Einstein Middle School is committed to meet the needs of all students. The staff is focused on quality instruction and content standards taught, delivered, and monitored each and every day in each and every classroom. All classrooms have telephones and networked for technology. A homework hotline is on-line and updated once a week by each teacher. The dedicated staff at Albert Einstein assures every effort to help transition and preparation for high school for each and every student.
The parent support at Albert Einstein Middle School is awesome. Regular Parent-Teacher conferences are scheduled quarterly or as needed as call upon by either teachers or parents. The PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association) provides fundraising activities to support student activities, staff development opportunities, and field trips for the students. Volunteers work in the library and assist with special programs and events that occur on campus. Community organizations use our facilities for Scouts, Soccer, Baseball, Football & Cheerleading activities for the students.
Albert Einstein Middle School is a strongly united community. We full accept responsibility for results. In the past two school years, our students have increased their Academic Performance Index by 65 points to a record high of 710. Additionally, the students have met back to back years of meeting the minimum district attendance requirement of 95% and above.
