Overview

The resources associated with this page have been provided to each member of the LCAP Advisory Committee, in order to inform their work.

The roles and responsibilities for the committee members are to:

  • Synthesize other stakeholder input
  • Review LCAP survey responses
  • Report to group on community outreach efforts (site visits, PEV surveys, attendance at community meetings)
  • Review annual progress towards stated metrics
  • Help to guide the annual LCAP review
  • Assess prior year plan based on based on stated metrics and objectives
  • Provide written input and feedback on draft district goals, metrics, actions, services and expenditures
