Our Computer Support Help Desk is the first level of support we
provide to sites and departments who need help accessing District information
systems. We may be reached at

Technicians provide telephone and on-site support in a variety of ways,
including:
- Provide information system access for a new customer or for customers with new job
responsibilities.
- Troubleshoot customer
access problems.
- Refer customer to appropriate training
- Refer customer to second-level assistance, if needed.
