SCUSD Grants Department provides assistance to district
departments, schools, and PTAs who wish to apply for grant
funding through foundations, state and federal organizations.
Grants Coordinator DiAnne Brown has presented a grant
writing workshop to those interested in learning how to create
grant applications for foundation funding. Download the grant
writing PowerPoint or PDF.
The following funding opportunities are currently available.
If your school site needs assistance completing the application,

beautify roadways, parks, and neighborhoods in 20,000 communities
across the country.
SCUSD has created a process for applying for grants. The goal of
this Grants Process is to facilitate better communication
throughout the district regarding who is applying for grants,
what the proposed funding will be used for, and how can we better
coordinate our efforts to maximize success in getting grant
funds.
All grant applications submitted by SCUSD School Sites or
District Office Departments must include this form. Please
complete and fax or e-mail to District Grants Coordinator after
approval to apply has been given. Update and send form again when
application is submitted, and upon notification of award status.
When applying for a grant, please use this checklist as a
guideline for determining the timeline for any needed
documents that will be included with the grant application.
Requests for applications, proposals, and other data now
available. Search available funding by fiscal year, type, topic,
keyword(s), or any combination. Use Search CDE Funding for
