Support New Tech teacher’s iPad project on DonorsChoose

English teacher Christine Baker at Sacramento New Technology High School has posted a project on DonorsChoose in hopes of receiving 12 iPad Minis.

“These 12 iPad minis will provide countless educational opportunities for my students,” Baker wrote on her donation page. “My students will be able to keep group projects going with instant access to information.They will be able to Skype with outside experts.They will be able to create and collaborate using tools like Google Drive.They will create presentations, read, create mind maps to plan projects, create films, access textbooks, go on virtual tours, listen to podcasts on iTunes U, blog and research.”
