PG&E offers four-week paid internship

PG&E is offering 4-week paid summer internships to local students interested in being a part of California’s clean energy future. Applications are due May 22.

PG&E invites local area high school juniors to apply for a paid internship to explore career opportunities in the energy industry and expose students to a real-world work environment. Interns will work five hours per day for four weeks and earn $10.50 per hour. In Sacramento, the internship will run from June 19 – July 14 at American River College, 4700 College Oak Drive.

To qualify for this opportunity, you must be a high school student entering your senior year in the fall of 2017 in one of the internship cities, provide the necessary documents, and agree to abide by all of the rules and expectations. Minors under age 18 on the first day of the program require parental permission and a valid work permit.
