LdV students’ video gets top votes in Ugly Classroom Contest

A video by students at Leonardo da Vinci K-8 School received the most votes in Diversified Woodcraft’s Ugly Classroom Contest, netting the school $40,000 in new furniture.

Diversified Woodcraft is a manufacturer of furniture and casework for schools and colleges. To celebrate its 40th year of business, the company sponsored a contest.

Twenty schools sent in videos, which were posted online. LdV’s video received both the popular vote (more than 3,500 votes) and the judges’ vote.
