Residents of the Lincoln Village neighborhood worked with the city of Rancho Cordova to host a “Trunk or Treat” dinner-and-a-movie night at AM Winn Waldorf-Inspired K-8 School last month.

More than 400 people turned out for the event, which Rancho Cordova’s Volunteer Coordinator Lorianne Ulm said “exceeded expectations.”

“You all should be extremely proud of yourselves,” she said in an email to Principal Michael Kast. “You came together with a shared desire to help build a stronger neighborhood and get to know your neighbors better and I believe you exceeded expectations with this event.”
